By making a reservation with TimeCooler, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
A reservation is confirmed upon payment of a 20% deposit through our website, using PayPal or credit card. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days prior to the check-in date. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times are specified on each property page.
While we strive to accommodate early arrivals and late departures whenever possible, this is subject to availability and prior agreement.
3. Use of the Property
Guests agree to use the property responsibly and in accordance with the house rules. The property may only be occupied by the number of guests specified in the reservation. Subletting or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
4. Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay. TimeCooler reserves the right to charge for any damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items.
TimeCooler shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury affecting guests or their personal belongings during their stay, except where liability is mandated by applicable law.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are defined in our Cancellation Policy and form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Force Majeure
TimeCooler shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Portuguese courts.
