Cancellation policy

To confirm your reservation, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, paid through our website by credit card or PayPal.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days before the check-in date.

Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit.

For cancellations made within 14 days of check-in, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Failure to pay the remaining balance within the required timeframe may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
