Stay in your own private building on Av. Luísa Todi, one of Setúbal’s most charming avenues. The property includes three independent apartments, perfect for families or groups who want comfort and privacy while staying together.

Inside, you’ll find a total of three bedrooms with double beds, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and three living rooms equipped with comfy double sofa beds. Each apartment has its own bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen for easy cooking, and a modern bathroom.

With plenty of sunlight throughout the day, modern amenities, washing machine, dishwasher and generous space for everyone, this building is a bright and welcoming retreat in the heart of Setúbal.

- Check-in / Checkout time -
We are flexible about check-in and checkout time, depending on other guests leaving or arriving time. Nevertheless, the regular check-in time is at 16:00 and regular checkout time is at 11:00.

- Self Check-in -
For your comfort, we have self check-in. So, you can arrive at any time after 16:00. Before, please ask us.

- Crib -
We can provide you a crib free of cost. Please ask up to 48 hours before arrival.

Getting around is simple and convenient. Walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront, or take nearby buses and taxis for quick access to beaches, the train station, and the ferry to Tróia.

Parking is available along the avenue, and the area is well connected for exploring the whole region.

Av. Luísa Todi is Setúbal’s vibrant main avenue, lined with cafés, restaurants, gardens and the river just across the street.

It is a safe, lively area where you can stroll under the trees, enjoy fresh seafood, explore the historic center, and easily reach the beaches, the marina and the ferry to Tróia. Everything you need is within walking distance.
