Montemar is a quiet Atlantic villa five minutes from Zambujeira do Mar, set within landscaped gardens with ocean views, mature palm trees and an infinity pool facing the sea.

Built in 1974 with Moroccan-inspired architecture and later restored with care, the villa keeps its original low silhouette, rooftop, sheltered terraces and quiet coastal character. It is designed for slow days, long meals and relaxed gatherings with family or friends.

With 7 suites, generous indoor and outdoor spaces, Wi Fi, fireplaces and room for up to 17 guests, Montemar is ideal for those looking for comfort, privacy and the slower rhythm of the Costa Vicentina.

The villa is arranged on one level, with a rooftop and several terraces overlooking the gardens and the Atlantic.

There are 7 suites, accommodating up to 17 guests comfortably, plus an additional staff bedroom. The interiors include a large living room, dining room, TV room and fully equipped kitchen. There are also two guest toilets: one inside the house and one by the pool.

The house has Wi Fi and 4 indoor fireplaces: two in bedrooms, one in the living room and one in the TV room. Outdoors, guests can enjoy two terrace fireplaces, an OFYR open-fire grill, landscaped gardens, old palm trees and an infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

One of the terraces features a handcrafted table seating 24 guests, perfect for long lunches, sunset dinners or private dining experiences. 

Weekly cleaning is included. Daily cleaning can be arranged in advance.
Toiletries, pool towels and a welcome gift are provided.

Montemar is a 5-minute drive from Zambujeira do Mar and close to wild beaches, coastal walks, surf spots and excellent local restaurants serving fresh fish and seafood. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area.
